If any of u r interested in meeting Rockhopper, or learning more about him, READ THIS 
For all of u who were wondering if it is really possible 2 meet Rockhopper, IT IS POSSIBLE I HAVE MET HIM BEFORE!!
According to what I know and have experienced, u can only meet Rockhopper on certain servers. In other words, Rockhopper can only b on 1 server @ a time, just like normal penguins. I have met him on the american server, on Snow Day & Mammoth only.
I have heard of people meeting him in various places, such as the coffee shop, the dance club, the iceberg, the pirate ship, and the pirate ship’s hold. But, I have only met him before in the pirate ship’s hold.

I have to agree with that penguin who said he was a comuter program!
at first I did think he was real. But one day. I was the only person at the dock and he poped up out of no where. I started hollering questions. I remember I said,” How’s Yarr doing?” And do you want to know what he sia? He said nothing. He’s just like the band playing at the lbecah. They dont talk….Because they’re computer programs…And so is Rockhioppwr….I know! I have a broken heart too!

HEllo!! i went on every America server! there is about 40! well i went on them all and never met Rock Hopper…

Rockhopper doesn’t have a certain time he comes, ( or at least I don’t think he does ) but heres a tip
look 4 servers that r randomly full or almost full. It doesn’t work every time but it has been workin 4 me cuz ive met him over 5 times

I met that Rockhopper two times… I found him usually on his pirate ship hold, singapore time 12:30pm and he always asks us to dance then he will say something like * chase me!* then he will run faster than us then me and my bro was never left behind the chase.

Well i did meet him everytime he visits. hes actully not that hard to find you shouldnt listen to the newspaper hes mostly in the mountain or his ship or the dance club

And popcorn, sure it has been a while since I posted, but, he does talk, it might not be a real person, maybe just automated messages, and since he is not on 24/7 it could be a real person, just a guess.
